I have just eaten there 3 times in the past few months. And have received exactly what I ordered. My food was fresh and hot. I will continue to go back.

Recieved the complete wrong order with the right receipt and when I called the lady on the phone was completely rude and not helpful at all. I will never return to this Long John Silvers and I do not recommend anyone ever eating there it will be worth the extra driving to the one on Needmore.

Went to the store at 5 pm on 6/30. Dined in, waited about 10 minutes and the food came out cold, hard and inedible. Was missing portions of the meal, they got those out quickly, that was the only part of the meal that was fresh. The fish, chicken, fries, and even the hush puppies that were in the not forgotten part of the meals were dark brown, and too hard to even bite through. Tasted like old oil, but the missing chicken and clams were perfect. This is our 2nd visit in the last month where the food was terrible. This used to be our top choice for seafood in the area, but if the food keeps being like this we will not be back.

UNCOOKED FISH!!!
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN!!! I bite into this without seeing it and omg I could tell from the taste something was wrong... I live over 20 minutes from this place and called to see what they could do for me and they will only replace the meal, which means just to get my money back I still have to make an unscheduled trip... worst part is my stomach is doing flips now!

Love the update ..very crisp and clean.... employees were cheerful and friendly fish and chicken were cooked correctly...but the oil might have been old..(it was right before closing.)had a burnt taste..other than that it was perfect 🥰
